Festival announces packed programme of events

A WEALTH of wellness experts, spiritual speakers and psychic practitioners will be gathered together under one roof for four days later this month.

The Mind Body Spirit Festival returns to London’s Olympia for its 49th year, promising over 100 presenters, more than 200 exhibitors and in excess of 120 free sessions for visitors seeking inspiration, empowerment, personal growth and spiritual exploration.

Public relations consultant Sarah Lloyd said this year’s festival “has an exceptional line-up of headline speakers and practitioners taking the main stage, which is the beating heart of the show.”

Founded in 1977 by entrepreneurs Graham Wilson and Terry Ellis, the Mind Body Spirit Festival is the world’s longest-running event dedicated to holistic wellbeing, spirituality and personal growth. Originally, it pioneered a mix of complementary health, yoga and esoteric topics.

According to the festival’s website, one of its primary purposes was to show the inter-relatedness of mind, body and spirit.

In the early years, “the biggest attraction among exhibitors was the psychic readings organised from the beginning by the British Astrological and Psychic Society founded by Russell Grant.”

This year, presenters include bestselling author Theresa Cheung, who writes on spirituality, dreams and the paranormal, along with Lynne Franks OBE, a global pioneer of women’s empowerment and conscious entrepreneurship.

Other speakers are health and beauty expert Liz Earle and Jade Shaw, who will discuss her astral projection experiences.

They are joined by a line-up of leading lights in modern spirituality and holistic living, including therapist and healer Estelle Bingham, neurodiverse actor Brad Riches, moon mystic Yasmin Boland and “fairy whisperer” Karen Kay.

Astrologer Steve Judd will comment on the patterns which the outer planets are making in 2026. As well as talks and workshops, ceremonies and live sessions will help visitors to find clarity, build resilience and reconnect with their inner wisdom during a time of global change.

In the Wellbeing Studio, classes and taster sessions will be led by world-renowned yoga and wellness experts. Sessions include meditation, dance, movement, life coaching and more.

Bestselling author and qigong master Blake D. Bauer is to host a meditation, demonstrating how to train and trust one’s mind.

Also on offer will be sittings providing spiritual insight and guidance. All the clairvoyants involved underwent three levels of thorough testing before being accepted. Other sessions include sound therapy, breathwork and ceremonies with drumming and rituals.

Participants “will be able to choose from a wide range of over 25 international psychics with a variety of skills including mediums, palmists, tarot and angel card readers, clairvoyants and clairaudients.”

Sarah Lloyd said that this year’s “headliners truly reflect the evolving needs of a world in transition.

“From emotional empowerment and spiritual connection to midlife wellbeing and practical self-care, our programme is packed with powerful voices and grounded, accessible guidance.

“Whether you’re just beginning your wellbeing journey or deep into your spiritual path, there’s a session that will speak directly to you.”

The Midlife Wisdom stage focuses on women’s holistic health journey and includes practical advice and guidance on topics such as the menopause, gut health, nutrition, hormones, tiredness and life after 50.

Sarah added that no matter what their age or experience, those attending “can expect to leave with hearts overflowing and minds full of possibility, armed with new tools, insights and connections to support the next steps on their path.”

Ticket holders can also leave with their bags bursting with product samples, goodies and gifts from a marketplace.

The shops will be stocked with a broad section of items including books, vitamins, organic beauty products, yoga supplies, supplements, candles, essential oils, handmade jewellery and crystals.

The festival will take place from May 22-25. Further details are available at www.mindbodyspiritfestival.co.uk
